Shipping 5-10 business days NO REFUNDS. Based on postal tracking, any new and unused item returned within 14 days of delivery will be given an exchange or store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Return and exchange shipping costs will be paid for the return of damaged items or company negligence.
